What an amazing practice. My experience getting an implant was outstanding. From the friendly office staff to the exceptional Dr. Yaghmai. I was nervous but the confident, knowledgeable, and calming manner of Dr. Yaghmai, his assistant Lauren and amazing team made all the difference. Due to their expertise, I was able to get the extractions and implants done at the same time and there was virtually no pain afterwards, just a little soreness. I would have no reservations recommending Northern Virginia Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery to anyone.

Let’s be real, no one likes getting dental work done. However Dr. Shihabi and Lauren made me feel comfortable. They were amazing and knowledgeable. I’m now two weeks post op and have had no issues. If you’re looking for a good place, I highly recommend them.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed. The bottom two were impacted. I’m 35 and had been putting it off for years due to dental anxiety. The office was fabulous and I was asleep for the entire thing. I opted for Exparel nerve blocks and they were extremely helpful. I suggest everyone get them! The only pain medication I needed was Tylenol and Ibuprofen alternating for 2 days. I highly recommend.

Got my wisdom tooth that had a painful cavity removed here and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Dr. Hadi Ansari not only made sure i was comfortable during the procedure, but also checked up on me after to see if i was dealing with any pain or problems.The pricing is very reasonable( compared to most dentists in DMV area). Definitely recommend :)

He has been working with us for about a year on a tooth issue and was very careful to fully explain options and possible outcomes.
